Push Ups on Swiss Ball

Starting Position:
Lay face down over the ball, with the ball positioned at your middle and your hands and feet stabilized on the floor. With your legs together, slowly walk forward on your hands until your shins are resting on the ball.

Your hands should be shoulder-width apart.

Perform a push-up just like you would if you were on the floor.

Bend at the elbows, bringing your torso toward the ground until your elbows form a 90-degree angle.

Return to starting position and repeat as indicated.
